John’s passion for sales was ignited early—ever since watching Mel Gibson in What Women Want at 13, he knew this was the path he wanted to pursue. Studying Business and Arts at university brought him a step closer to his dream. But when he started engaging with clients, he realised he didn’t just enjoy sales⎯he found it absolutely invigorating.

After beginning his career as a sales associate, John sold his first property within three months—a testament to his dedication and skill. He quickly became qualified as a real estate agent and hasn’t looked back. Throughout his career, John has received multiple accolades, including being a 2021 Rising Star Award finalist for Belle Property, earning the 2022 Platinum Agent Award for Belle Property, and recognition as an RMA Top 20% Trusted Agent and Top 5 Agent finalist in Robina and Varsity Lakes.

John views playing a part in his clients’ life journeys as an absolute privilege. He believes that to be successful in real estate, you need a genuine desire to connect with people. “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” he often says. His approach is refreshing⎯always put your client’s needs first.  

A proud Filipino, John loves to cook and bring people together. In his downtime, he’s a true extrovert—dinner parties are a must at his house. Watching friends and family enjoy good food and good company is what classifies a perfect weekend for him.
