Seventeen years ago, Makayla made a bold move. Driven by ambition and a genuine passion for property, she relocated to the Gold Coast to begin her real estate career—laying the foundation for the strategic, client-focused approach she brings today.

Makayla joined Gold Coast Property in 2023 as a Senior Property Manager, where she quickly built a reputation for her proactive communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for both landlords and tenants. Through this experience, she saw firsthand what investors truly need—not just management, but guidance, strategy, and a team that consistently delivers.

Now stepping into her role as Investment Strategy Manager, Makayla is focused on helping landlords grow and strengthen their portfolios. She works closely with clients to provide tailored advice, identify opportunities, and ensure their investments are supported by property managers who are accountable, proactive, and committed to doing the work properly.

Makayla brings a practical, hands-on perspective to investment strategy. She understands that no two portfolios are the same and is passionate about aligning property decisions with her clients’ long-term financial goals. Her ability to combine on-the-ground experience with strategic insight gives her clients confidence that their investments are in capable hands.

Outside of work, Makayla enjoys spending time with her two kids, whether it’s a relaxed day at the beach or a family picnic. Her strong sense of connection and care carries through to her professional life, where she approaches every client relationship with authenticity and purpose.
