Nikolina Nenadic

Nikolina’s connection to real estate started early, helping her mum with brochure drops in Merrimac before officially joining the business in 2014. She built her experience through open homes and client-facing sales support, developing a strong, hands-on understanding of the industry.

While completing multiple university degrees, Nikolina stayed closely involved, assisting with open homes, rental inspections and community events. Now back full-time, she brings a well-rounded perspective and experience across many aspects of real estate.

A Gold Coast local, Nikolina was born and raised here and is deeply connected to the community. She’s been involved in community Easter egg hunts, Christmas events, client movie nights and fundraising initiatives, along with volunteering on environmental projects such as water quality testing and oyster reef restoration.

She finds it rewarding to support people through the property journey, helping them find a home that suits their lifestyle while ensuring the process feels smooth and well-managed. With a background in a family real estate business, Nikolina combines a genuine, people-first approach with a practical and thoughtful mindset.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, walking her dog and staying involved in environmental initiatives across the Gold Coast.
