You need to look at her deep-seated values and motivation to understand her drive. She grew up in Croatia, where life was often challenging and unpredictable. This demanded early maturity and taught her the importance of community and supporting others.
Throughout her real estate journey, Tina has learned not to sweat the small stuff and to focus on the end game, never accept an ‘OK’ result and always fight for that optimum outcome.
Her experience and knowledge of the local area are unrivalled, as is her determination. She firmly believes that the difference between a good agent and a great one is how hard they will work to achieve a premium price rather than simply accepting a sale, and her clients will attest to the sheer effort she puts into every exchange.
A familiar face in the area, Tina genuinely loves giving back to the neighbourhood she adores and has been pivotal in its success. Her dedication is reflected in our various initiatives, including our famous annual Easter Egg Hunts and Santa photos offered free to the community.
Tina also proudly supports various local charities, non-profit organisations, schools and programs, whether it’s rolling up her sleeves for a sausage sizzle at a local school fete, running a popular school fitness program for parents, or representing on the P&C of Merrimac State School and Varsity College (both of which enjoy sponsorship from Tina and her team).
